• REFORM - Giving Black® means developing strategies to reshape the current relationship between philanthropy and Blacks and develop new connections to strengthen the power of Black philanthropy.

• TRANSFORM - Giving Black® means creating tools, programs, and products to drive change through donors and institutions, and to facilitate and support communication between and among philanthropists, charities, service providers, and communities.
