Give Black Alliance and Courageous Conversations will host a conversation with author, John Ficklin, on Sunday, June 14, at 4:30 PM at the Eustis Estate in Milton, MA.

John Wrory Ficklin is a former White House and National Security Council official who served eight presidential administrations over a 40-year career in public service. He is the author of An Unusual Path: Three Generations From Slavery to the White House, which chronicles his family’s remarkable journey from enslavement to decades of service in the White House across multiple generations.

As America approaches its 250th anniversary, this conversation celebrates the enduring legacy and nation-shaping contributions of Black Americans.
